In the Tropical Diaspora, we dress in the colors of our ancestry. We celebrate football as culture, resistance, and the connective thread between the continent and its exile.
On the front, our logo stands bold in Red, Black, and Green—the colors of the Pan-African flag, first adopted by the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) in 1920. It is a stamp of origin for those who carry the tropics in their hearts, no matter where they roam.
The Meaning of the Colors:
Red stands for the blood that unites all people of African descent—the blood shed in the struggle for liberation, and the life force that flows through the diaspora.
Black represents the people themselves—the pride in our skin, our features, and the rich cultural heritage that colonialism could not erase.
Green symbolizes the lush land of Africa, the promise of a prosperous future, and the hope that continues to grow in exile.
On the back, we immortalize two pillars of Black genius in world football. Garrincha (7) , the dribble that defied logic, the purest expression of joy and rebellion on the pitch. Alongside him, in spirit, the legacy of Sócrates (8) , the Doctor who taught us that intelligence is also a form of dribbling—and that the struggle for democracy never rests.
